Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped based on product availability. All retail orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Domestic shipments within the United States are shipped via UPS ground. If your tracking number does not track yet, that is only because it has not been scanned. Often packages are not scanned until they arrive in their destination city. If your primary mailing address is a PO Box please provide an alternate shipping address when ordering. Due to the continued set backs that evolved from the COVID-19 pandemic, receipt of goods may range between 2 – 3 weeks depending on the destination city. APO are shipped via USPS and may take a few days longer to arrive, as they require additional screening on the delivery end. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the continued delayed turn around times.
